We will be delighted to help in any way possible. Our belief is that it is your day. Therefore we will tailor the package to suit your requirements, so that your day will be a happy and memorable one. We would be delighted to suggest or cater for any alternative requirements that you may have, so that your day is a very personal one. As Managing Director and General Manager of the hotel, I personally supervise all the arrangements for your celebration from the first meeting through to the day itself.

We operate an appointments system for both viewing our facilities and discussing your requirements, as I may not always be available if you were to just “drop in”! Once we have met, I will then be able to provide you with a formal quotation. Such a meeting and quotation does not place you under any obligation whatsoever.

To confirm your celebration, following quotation, we would require a deposit of £250.00. There is then nothing more to pay until 21 days before the day itself, when we shall meet again. At this time you should also provide your final numbers and we will discuss the final arrangements.
