At The Fernbank, you’ll find a varied Table d'hôte menu
with an international flavour served in a restaurant
laid with crisp white linen tablecloths and napkins.
What’s more, we use only fresh produce, stocks and
sauces. In short, we ensure that everything is
hand-selected or homemade, then cooked to perfection and
presented with style by our Executive Head Chef, Carl
Holton.

On Thursday nights, we often host a traditional three
course Carvery dinner.
Before you can choose the right wine to go with your
meal, we have to choose it first. We’ve discovered that
producing a wine list has a lot in common with creating
a menu or designing an interior. In other words, taste
is everything.

The restaurant can now cater for up to 90 diners. It
has the perfect atmosphere and adaptable
layout to make larger gatherings or conferences a
success. We can either
supply you with a selection of set menu suggestions, or
we can create one for you to meet your own individual
